- Provide full-time IR/Communications support
- Revamped all messaging materials including key investor messages, corporate presentation, and website overhaul
- Lead preparation process and develop messaging for quarterly earnings releases, scripts and Q&A
- Draft and manage all communications around multiple high-profile activities including change in CEO, negative regulatory review, manufacturing challenges, data readouts
- Maintain strong relationships with covering sell-side analysts and current shareholders
- Manage non-deal roadshows with multiple investment banks including those not yet covering the company
