OBJECTIVE
Support internal IR lead and management team with IPO process for biotechnology company
BACKGROUND & PROCESS
- Provided IR/Communications support ahead of and throughout IPO transaction
- Created and managed Activity Tracker to ensure all steps covered to meet the timelines
- Helped to revamp all messaging materials including corporate presentation, press releases, and launch of new corporate website
- Worked in tandem with PR firm on media/social media outreach
- Attended dozens of buy-side pre-IPO test-the-waters and IPO roadshow meetings and tracked interactions
- Supported vendor review process
- Led development of the IR website
RESULTS
- Priced successful ~$100 million IPO in July 2021
- Transitioned role to Head of Corporate Development
