BACKGROUND & PROCESS
- Provided full-time IR/Communications support >1.5 years ahead of IPO
- Revamped all messaging materials including key investor messages, corporate presentation and launch of initial website
- Initiated and managed early interactions with the investment community
- Assisted with $94.5 million Series C raise
- Supported sell-side review process
- Conducted management training to ensure understanding of IR, the IPO process, the regulatory requirements, and nuances of investment community interactions as a public company
- Supported IPO process

- Priced successful IPO in January 2020
- Upsized IPO priced at the high end of the range
