OBJECTIVE
Create liquidity for private equity sponsors, pay down debt, ensure capital resources for future M&A and expand employee stock ownership for private equity owned healthcare services company
BACKGROUND & PROCESS
- Participated in all preliminary and virtual investor meetings and provided feedback to management team
- Worked with listing exchange to leverage their IPO services and resources
- Provided disclosure training for management team
- Coordinated with General Counsel and outside SEC counsel to review governance policies and documents
- Managed process of creating and launching new SEC compliant IR section of website and refreshing corporate site
- Conducted weekly communications team meetings with IR, marketing, public relations and legal team leaders to ensure alignment and consistency

- Priced successful IPO in November 2020
- IPO size – $1.1 billion
- Current market cap -$5.3 billion
- Nine analysts initiated coverage with buy ratings
- Supported creation of IR infrastructure and processes
